Food Craftmanship FC 2019 is a product competition, which is open to all Nordic and Baltic companies, that make food supplies by using local foods without synthetic flavours, preservatives or colouring.
The aim of the competition is to make artesan food known and develop it. There are 11 kategories and 60 classes: everything from drinks, berries and sauces to meat and fish products.
During the competition weekend there will be a variety of program.
